BookmarkTV is provided by Bumpfiends / Creative Business for organizing, searching, summarizing, and revisiting bookmarks that a user is authorized to access.

Acceptable use

Users must have the right to process the information they connect or supply. BookmarkTV must not be used to bypass authentication, access another person's bookmarks, violate platform rules, or perform unlawful activity.

Independent service

BookmarkTV is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by X Corp., Mozilla, or OpenAI. Use of X, Firefox, ChatGPT, and Codex remains subject to each provider's applicable terms.

Availability and output

The service is provided as-is and may change, experience interruptions, or produce incomplete results. Model-generated summaries and inferences can be incorrect; users should verify important information against original posts.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bumpfiends / Creative Business is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of BookmarkTV, connected services, or a user's handling of exported or synchronized data.

Changes

These terms may be updated for future versions. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
